Fish Boil (Ozaukee County Land Trust)

For over 25 years, Ozaukee Washington Land Trust (OWLT) has worked to protect special open spaces and turned these treasured places into nature preserves, protecting wildlife, improving water quality, and opening to the public in perpetuity for free outdoor recreation. In addition to our 32 Nature Preserves spread across Ozaukee and Washington Counties, OWLT has worked with private landowners to place 52 conservation easements on privately held properties across the region, protecting the rural character and healthy soils of our communities.

Our annual “Fly-In” Dinner and Auction event is open to everyone. We gather on the last Wednesday evening in September to raise vital funds in support of our mission and to celebrate the extraordinary contributions of our hundreds of organizational stakeholders. This year is a special one for OWLT and our many partners, investors, and friends because of the 20th anniversary of organizational impact in Washington County (and 26 years in Ozaukee County). In recognition of that connection to Washington County, for the first time we will host our “Fly-In” in the County Seat (West Bend).

Each year, our “Fly-In” celebration brings in cherished “old” friends, renews special friendships, and leads to new lasting partnerships. We know this year will, too.
